Genially

Genially is an online presentation web tool. Genially is a freemium web tool. Although it also offers a premium service, this web tool is free to access and create an account. Both free and premium users can access this web tool. However, if you are a premium user, there are a lot of templates that you can choose for your presentation. Moreover, there is a limitation for free users to choose the templates, but the templates for free users is still good to use. Basically, Genially is a little bit similar to Google Slides. You also can collaborate with your friends when using Genially, but you cannot work at the same time with your friends in Genially. Therefore, I do not like that feature. I think it is too complicated. From my experience, my friend forgot to close the Genially, and it makes the others cannot edit the presentation. However, the feature that I like is we can upload our presentation on the internet. I think it is very interesting because everyone can know our presentation too. They just write the keyword, then, it will come.

I think Genially has some advantages. This web tool can improve your creativity through make a creative presentation that can catch audiences' attention. In this web tool, you can choose the template that matches your presentation. Also, you can edit it if you want to make it more beautiful because there are a lot of editing features in this web tool. For example, you can attach some videos or photos. Additionally, there are also a lot of elements that can make your presentation more beautiful. The other advantage is you can improve your technological knowledge. By using this web tool, you can explore the other web tool to make a presentation. I think by doing this activity, we can follow the technological progress that more innovative than the old one. However, I find a challenge while using this web tool. This web tool is so slow to operate, and I need to wait for a long time after I click a button. It is a very bad experience for me because I use a very long time to finish one slide. 

Genially can be used for teaching and learning in the classroom. As a teacher, I will use it to explain the materials to the students because I can add some pictures and videos on it. Therefore, it will be interesting. Additionally, for the language class, I will ask the students to use this web tool to do a group project. Then, they can upload it on the internet. I want them to explore the other web tool to make a presentation, so they can follow the technological progress.

From my experiences, this web tool is good for both the teachers and students. We can use it anytime and anywhere we are because we just need the device and internet connection. In addition, this web tool can be used in classroom activities. I recommend this web tool for everyone who wants to explore an online presentation web tool. I like this web tool, and I hope that everyone can know this web tool too.
